Bah Humbug! It was a slow and disappointing trailer construction day! Started out packing the wheel bearings, a messy job indeed! Not hard, actually sort of fun, but everything within arms reach got coated with a layer of heavy duty sticky grease! Then went on to mount the axles and fenders.
Then finished up with the wheels.. sort of. Putting on the new hub found that it did not fit. It was to wide between the bearings and the castle nut would not go on far enough to put the cotter pin in. Cleaned up the old one and used it.
Need to go ponder again……
