This field was reclaimed in 2020. Now, a year later new growth is going strong! You can also see the rainstorm in the near distance! Got the drone down in time, but it made the scene pretty dark!
In August 2021 a temporary trail was blazed through the field for people who venture this far. With the recent rains the East side is pretty soggy. Wear boots. Trail may be moved to higher ground so boardwalks will not be needed.
